Where are you located?

We are based in Victoria BC and currently serve the Greater Victoria and surrounding areas.

Delivery Charge?

We charge a delivery service fee based on location. If you wish to pick up your box, there is no charge; however, we do require notice for pick up orders. 

If your event is outside of the 30km radius, we can discuss a delivery service fee – just contact us. 

How can I order your amazing boxes or tables?

Take a look through the options on our website here, and think about what you need for your special occasion. Remember, we love customizing to your needs!

When you’re ready to order, simply fill out the order form on our website, or just email us at vicharcuterieandco@gmail.com. Be sure to let us know what customizations you’re dreaming of, including your preferences or if there are any allergies.

Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch with final pricing. Full payment is required at the time of order and you can send a EMT to vicharcuterieandco@gmail.com   We request at least 48hours notice for orders.

You can pick up your order at our location in Oak Bay, or allow us to deliver.

What can I expect in a Charcuterie & Co box or grazing table?

Our products are sourced locally and we pride ourselves on high quality items.  You can expect artisan cheeses from around the world, cured meats that are full of taste and variety, fresh baguettes, crackers, seasonal fruits (dry and fresh), nuts, something sweet and salty.  We can also customize a box or tables just for your taste buds.

What if I have allergies or a food intolerances?

We do our best to ensure that we avoid any forms of cross contamination; however we are not a kitchen that is nut, gluten or dairy free.  If you request specific items not be included in your box or table, we can do that, or make a separate box or table – be sure to let us know and provide at least 48 hours notice.

How can I pay?

All orders placed will require immediate payment. You can send an EMT to vicharcuterieandco@gmail.com

How long will my box or table last?

Our boxes and tables are fresh and should be enjoyed within 3 or less hours upon receiving it.  We encourage you not to place boxes or boards in direct sunlight.

Are your boxes and tables really 100% compostable?

I am so proud to say that I have made every effort to ensure that our boxes and tables are compostable.  Everything can hit the green compost bin when your great event is over.  No guilt, no clean up and zero waste!

Are you certified?

Yes, we are food safe certified and insured.
